Save ALL shipping and original boxes
- Sales on all Floor Clocks (Grandfather/Grandmother clocks), JOBIN Music Boxes and Chelsea Clocks are
non-returnable. Clocks with an engraved plate attached are non-returnable (regardless if plate was included or purchased seperately). Please inspect your clock upon arrival before attaching the plate.
- Inspect ALL packages when you recieve them to insure the item(s) was not damaged during shipping. All About Time takes insurance on every item shipped; If the item arrives damaged, All About Time must notify the shipping company within 7 days. The shipping company will want to inspect the outer box as well as the damaged item.
Note: If you are purchasing an item to give as a gift at a later date, you must inspect the product within 7 days of its arrival to insure that the product was not damaged.
- You must first get a Return Code from
All About Time
before returning an item. If the goods do not meet your expectations, (with the
exception of floor clocks - Grandfather/Grandmother clocks) you may return them
within 10 days after receipt. After 10 days
your sale is final.
- Credit can only be issued to the credit card that was used for the original purchase.
- The components are to be carefully packed inside the clock carton. The carton
must be free of non-factory writing, stickers and address labels and packed
inside another box. The clock carton is NOT a shipping carton.
- Return Code must be on all boxes. (You must contact
All About Time
to receive a return code)
- The item must arrive back to
All About Time
in resalable working condition. Full credit cannot be given for returns
that do not meet the above conditions.
- Returns for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the cost
of return shipping. Additional shipping charges will not be refunded on
returned clocks. This includes overnight, 2nd day, Priority Mail, etc. shipping
charges.
- The right to return goods does not apply to products for which discounts have
been granted or International orders.
