General

The following terms and conditions apply to the sale of the products offered on the Internet under http://www.allabouttime.net, hereinafter "goods". Deviating terms and conditions shall not become part of the contract even if the order has been based on them and no express objections to their validity have been raised.

Orders, Prices

1. Your order, which is binding for you for 10 days, shall be accepted by a written confirmation from our part via email or US Mail.
   
2. The prices specified on our web site shall be binding.
   
3. All prices quoted are gross prices, delivery paid, including packaging and dispatch within the United States. A 6.5% Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipped in the State of Ohio.
   
4. We reserve the right to deliver goods, which may differ in some aspects from the original description unless such modifications do impair the functionality of the goods in question.
   
5. International Orders - Click Here. All International Orders are FINAL.
   
6. Sales are FINAL on all Custom orders and orders that require engraving.
   
7. All sales for clock parts are FINAL.
   

Shipping

1. Free shipping in the Continental United States for all clocks via UPS Ground. Please note: Grandfather Clocks usually ship within 3-8 days via Freight from the manufacturer to your requested destination(United States Only, International orders will require an additional freight fee).
   
2. Clocks will usually ship UPS Ground(*Signature Required upon delivery*) or the best way to your door. Please allow up to 2-10 business days for delivery. (*If customer request a clock to be delivered without a signature, All About Time will not be liable.*)
   
3. Next Day and Second Day Air are available for an additional fee. Please contact our office for shipping prices at 1-877-589-8463. Additional shipping charges will not be refunded on return clocks.
   
4. We shall be entitled to make partial deliveries.
   
5. Delivery dates shall be binding if we have confirmed them in writing.

***Return Policy***
Save ALL shipping and original boxes

1. Sales on all Floor Clocks (Grandfather/Grandmother clocks), JOBIN Music Boxes, and Special Orders for Junghans Watches and Chelsea Clocks are non-returnable.
   
2. Inspect ALL packages when you recieve them to insure the item(s) was not damaged during shipping. All About Time takes insurance on every item shipped; If the item arrives damaged, All About Time must notify the shipping company within 7 days. The shipping company will want to inspect the outer box as well as the damaged item.
   Note: If you are purchasing an item to give as a gift at a later date, you must inspect the product within 7 days of its arrival to insure that the product was not damaged.
   
3. You must first get a Return Code from All About Time before returning an item. If the goods do not meet your expectations, (with the exception of floor clocks - Grandfather/Grandmother clocks) you may return them within 10 days after receipt. After 10 days your sale is final.
   
   
4. Credit can only be issued to the credit card that was used for the original purchase.
   
5. The components are to be carefully packed inside the clock carton. The carton must be free of non-factory writing, stickers and address labels and packed inside another box. The clock carton is NOT a shipping carton.
   
   
6. Return Code must be on all boxes. (You must contact All About Time to receive a return code)
   
   
7. The item must arrive back to All About Time in resalable working condition. Full credit cannot be given for returns that do not meet the above conditions.
   
   
8. Returns for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping. Additional shipping charges will not be refunded on returned clocks. This includes overnight, 2nd day, Priority Mail, etc. shipping charges.
   
   
9. The right to return goods does not apply to products for which discounts have been granted or International orders.

2. International orders must be prepaid with American Express Bank Draft, including cost of goods and shipment prior to order being shipped. (No Exceptions)
   
3. Merchandise will be shipped after the approval of funds and payment is received.
   
4. Return Checks are subject to a $25.00 Non Sufficient Fund Fee.
   

Warranty

All Clocks are guaranteed for a period of 1 year against manufacturers defects, unless otherwise stated. Abuse, mis-handling, and damage due to shipping are not covered. The only cost you will incur would be for shipping expenses, if necessary. However, begin by giving us a phone call, since problems can often be solved over the phone. Prior to returning a defective clock, you must first contact All About Time for approval. Please refer to the "Return Policy" for shipping instructions.

Reservation of Title

1. We reserve the title to the goods delivered until complete payment has been made.
   
2. You shall have no power of disposition of such reserved property goods.
